Phetchaburi District is not a district in Bangkok. It is the capital of Phetchaburi Province, a province in southern Thailand. The city is located about 160 kilometers (100 mi) south of Bangkok. It is known for its many historical and cultural attractions, including the Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park, the Wat Mahathat Phetburi temple, and the Phetchaburi River.
